WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Due to the nature of shipping live animals with oxygen we do not have a return policy. We do not accept returns period.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

All live items are shipped FedEx  or UPS next day air except for dry rock. Dry rock is shipped ground service.
FedEx and UPS service is Priority Overnight and times may vary by your location. Some rural areas will experience evening delivery time. .
All orders will be packed in a manner to prevent a DOA which will include pure oxygen. All boxes will include an insulated Styrofoam box or insulated mylar liner, and either heat pack or ice pack depending on the season.

In the unlikely event of a Dead on Arrival, you must send a clear digital photo of the animal or coral in the original unopened bag within 2 hours of delivery. We may ask for you to ship back the deceased animal, so please do not dispose of it. Once we receive the digital photo, and we receive the deceased coral (if applicable), we will issue a store credit. The store credit does not include the cost of shipping. We do not offer refunds, we only give credit toward future orders.

Ricordeabox cannot be held responsible for mechanical or weather delays that may cause your shipment to arrive late. We can hold corals for up to one week once payment has been received, unless other arrangements are agreed upon. Beyond that, we are not responsible for the coral, and cannot guarantee replacement of the same coral purchased.


We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
